Role: Requirements Lead, Process Mapper & Builder
Stage: Active prototype mapping attendance rules
Problem: Attendance, shift logs, overtime requests, and leave approvals were managed via paper forms, verbal handshakes, and fragmented chats.

Helping design a structured administrative portal to transition the company off paper attendance sheets and verify overtime hours against configured rules.

Key Decision & LimitationUse Supabase/PostgreSQL working data platform. System remains a private prototype under HR validation before production trials.

From marketing leadership to business operations and strategic systems.

I joined Rafiq Jamil Textile to lead marketing for the Terry Division. The work quickly exposed problems marketing alone could not solve: scattered records, approvals happening in conversation, inconsistent workflows and reports that were difficult to trust.

I started mapping how the work actually moved through the company. That led to clearer processes and internal system prototypes built around real operational needs.

As the work expanded into operations, HR governance, reporting and strategic systems, I was promoted to General Manager, Business Operations and Strategic Systems.
