I joined Rafiq Jamil Textile to lead marketing for the Terry Division. The work quickly exposed problems marketing alone could not solve: scattered records, approvals happening in conversation, inconsistent workflows and reports that were difficult to trust.
I started mapping how the work actually moved through the company. That led to clearer processes and internal system prototypes built around real operational needs.
As the work expanded into operations, HR governance, reporting and strategic systems, I was promoted to General Manager, Business Operations and Strategic Systems.
